The Customer should acknowledge that betting is a kind of "high profit - high risk" model where the probability of losing the money can not be fully eliminated, and he (she) agrees to bear these risks.

The Customer bears full responsibility on all his (her) actions, including the lawfulness and other legal questions regarding gambling in his (her) location and at his (her) age. EQbets.com does not promote gambling, provides solely consulting services and therefore can not liable for a damage of any kind caused to the Customer.

The Customer should pay full subscription price in advance and agrees with no-refunds policy. EQbets.com will refund an unused part of the Customer's payment only if EQbets.com will announce its closure.

The Customer is not allowed to disclose the picks received from EQbets.com to third parties except the bookmaker(s) he (she) bets in under the penalty of being suspended without refunds.

The Customer should not harm EQbets.com in any way including its software and hardware, as well as its reputation under the penalty of being suspended without refunds and with criminal prosecution.

EQbets.com obliges itself to not disclose the Customer's private data to third parties.
